Half Barriers

Black Widow manufacture 1/2 height cargo barriers designed to fit in conjunction with Black Widow Storage Systems. They have been crash tested to Australian Design Regulations and are a rated barrier. Maximum storage space is achieved with the installation of a 1/2 height barrier. Black Widow rated 1/2 barriers are fitted in around and hour and require no drilling to the vehicle. They affix to the rear of the storage system and up into our unique brackets fitted to the grab handles. (pic below) Our new and unique Rated forward position 1/2 barrier is available when fitted in conjunction with the twin tier rear storage platforms. Twin 1/2 barriers can be used, one on the rear of the storage system and one forward on the storage platforms. This creates a huge storage area for those prolonged journeys and safe rated high level loading can be achieved. (pic below) Should a full length barrier be in place or a dual position barrier be required, Black Widow storage systems have been designed to fit with these barriers. We strongly recommend the fitting of a barrier as your safety and that of your passengers is paramount. Black Widow do not manufacture full length barriers. Below is Black Widow rated 1/2 barrier and how it affixes to the storage system and the vehicle. No drilling to the vehicle is required.     Above a forward 1/2 barrier fitted to Black Widow new rated forward twin floor     Below a rated 1/2 barrier fitted to a GU Patrol.
