SABER OFFROAD RECOVERY GEAR – SAFER, SMARTER, STRONGER

07 June 2022

If your 4 wheel drive is bogged off road in the middle of nowhere, you’ll want to be confident your recovery gear is up to the task of getting you out safely. Your life may depend on it. Here’s why you can count on Saber Offroad to save the day.

Independently tested

All Saber Off-road recovery products are designed and independently tested here in Australia to meet our harsh conditions. They’re road tested in the real world to make sure they will work in the most challenging situations.

Safer designs

Saber’s focus is designing recovery gear that’s easy to use without compromising on quality or safety. Each piece of recovery equipment is designed to be lighter and contain less metal which reduces the risk to you. Soft shackles are engineered to minimise the potential danger of ‘snapped ropes and metal flying through the air’ resulting in injury.

Smarter technology

Through continued research and development, Saber has produced world-class recovery gear. From coatings on ropes through to the metals in accessories, each process and component has been researched and selected because they’re the best option for the job.

Working closely with the team at the Australian Automotive Innovation Centre (AIC) and using smart technology, Saber has developed exceptional recovery gear that you can bet your life on.

Stronger recovery gear

Saber products are the strongest and longest lasting in the 4wd market. Through superior strength and durability, they’ll withstand the toughest conditions and if properly maintained can last a lifetime.

Essential recovery gear

  • A snatch block: This is a pulley block that can be attached to an anchor point, like a tree or another vehicle, to change the direction of the winch cable. It’s useful for when you need to pull a vehicle from different angles.
  • A winch extension rope: This extends the length of your winch cable, giving you more reach.
  • A set of soft shackles: These are used to attach the winch hook to various anchor points.
  • A pair of gloves: Gloves protect your hands from the heat generated by the winch and from being cut.
